Friendly, hard worker, organized and proactive bartender from Brazil.My personality doesn't allow me to smile every second, although 90% of the time I'm pleased and happy.
Working in a restaurant/cocktail bar in Dublin was the perfect start for me. I was able to learn well and quickly everything I needed to handle all the busy days and nights. I had a great team willing to teach me, which was awesome. I decided there that I wanted to take EBS course. Amazing thing of bartending is that you're never too old to learn or too young too teach and everyday is a new opportunity to learn something new. Personally, being a bartender is the funniest way of being in the hospitality business, and also a way to experience work in different countries and cultures. Currently working in Peplos Restaurant as a bartender in the heart of Dublin, Ireland.
