Hello, I'm Shaun.

I have a keen interest in foraging and using wild flavours to twist classic cocktails, I love creating flavours and making my own syrups, beers, wines and meads. I love to use senses to create amazing experinces



I am the Head Drinks Producer at Company Drinks; a community drinks company where I have worked for five years. In my role, I have developed a passion for using local wild Flavors and creating unique soft drinks and cocktails. During my time at Company Drinks, I transitioned from a community gardener to leading foraging trips, where I developed a deep interest in using locally sourced ingredients to craft beverages. I have successfully organized and managed pop-up bars at various high-profile events, including those for the V&A Museum, Museum of London, and Frieze Arts Fair. To further my expertise, I have completed a beginner’s mixology and Level One Spirits course with The Spirit Lab, and an advanced mixology course with the European Bartending School. These programs have equipped me with a solid foundation in mixology principles and techniques.
