Working as a lifeguard for a summer allowed me to learn customer interaction abilites and how to take responsibility. Additionally, serving in the Swiss Armed Forces for 17 months I learned to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team. I also refined my communication and coordination skills and was promoted to Sergeant because of my team leader skills. As I completed my EBS course in May of this year, I have not yet had the chance to put my knowledge to use behind a bar.
