I've been working for 3 years in the bar department, where i worked in cocktail bars, bar labs, hotels, pubs and cruises. Places in which i developed many skills and increased my understanding. With focus in fast and attentive guest service; tasks management and distribution; guided consumption experience; vast spirits, beers, wines and cocktails knowledge; working flow improvement. Theses are the points that i value the most in my workspace: guest experience, quality and passionate crafts, teamwork, attention to details.
