I love to travel the world and explore different cultures and meet new people. Throughout my bartending career (with EBS and my jobs), I've met many fun and interesting people that have impacted my way of life. I had the privilege of working at La Machine, a popular cocktail bar in Brussels, Belgium that has a reputation for being extremely busy and robust. It was never boring, and I found it to be one of the most fruitful jobs of my entire career. During my time there, I gained valuable skills and a very strong work ethic. I had to shoulder a lot of responsibility, which was intimidating in the beginning, but I ended up appreciating it. My past managers and mentors have given me priceless knowledge that I can now carry into my next job. Now, after everything I've been through, I feel more confident as a bartender and mixologist than I could have ever hoped to be before stepping foot into the world of hospitality.
