I've worked at different bars as a cocktail barman, barista and waiter. Although I appreciated the different roles hospitality offered, I enjoyed being a bartender the most. I've learnt through many experiences the difference between great service and lackluster service, the art of balancing flavours and maintaining a positive attitude during working hours.
