

Hello, I'm Jack.
I'm Jack, a stress-free, music loving 23 year old that just finished the EBS. Now its my plan of gathering a lot of experiance and different point of vieuws into the industry, so I'm well prepared in some years to start my own bar.
I have one dream, and a friend of mine and I have talked and brainstormed about it a lot. And that is my own pub/bar/restaurant. And altough I have learned a lot in the recent years, especially in my last full time job as a assistant manager. I know , that I don't know enough yet for that major step. I feel like you should have a lot of international hospitality knowledge also regarding the different approaches. And that is what brings me now, here! :) Apart from the work-related experiance, I also learned personality wise a lot as how to react and talk to people that are in disstress, drunk, sad. And how to give steering to the people working with me. But this is also somethings that tend to be different in other places, which is also something I'd like to experiance and learn. I really love to work hard, and a lot. Ofcourse, as long as the work itself is something I like and the ambiance around it is worth it! Never been the type that is "busy" enough with just one full time job. Apart from my main work experiances, I also worked quite a lot at festivals and small bars or restaurants through a flex workers platform.
