Ambitious, passionate bartender from England with an eye for detail and a creative flare.
I have previously worked in popular busy cocktail bars such as The Botanist and The Slug & Lettuce, during which I would work plenty of long hours and late nights with efficiency. I also hold supervisor experience from my year working in high-end retail at Hotel Chocolat, and have recently gained an SIA Door Supervisor License to broaden my understanding of customer service and the hospitality industry. I am truly passionate about hospitality and understand the importance which memorable and pleasant customer service experiences have on a guest. Wherever I work, I make it my personal mission to ensure that customers have an experience unique to them and their personal tastes and requirements. My passion for mixology is also present outside of the workplace - in my spare time, I enjoy creating recipes and concepts for themed menus, for which I even consider effective marketing techniques and design my own branding.
