Ive been working in a busy bar since November 2024, im used to busy and long nights making cocktails and keeping the mood up. I love chatting to guests and creating a bond with regulars. I always give everyday 110% and live by my mantras of "continous improvement" and "treat the business like your own because if you don't it will never be your own" before this i have an additional 2.5 years in a hotel bar and resturaunt 5 months in a marketing internship and have also organised my own events. I'm looking for my next step up, i do not want to work in a casual bar. I'm looking for a high-end bar that allows me to experiment and make suggestions. A bar that uses high quality and fresh ingredients. A bar that cares about luxury and image. and lastly a place where I can learn.
