1. Worked part time at Mcdonald's for 6 years and rose through the ranks till a part time Floor Manager. Working there taught me patience and how to recover unsatisfied customers, how to handle a big team on floor. 2. Have done 3 internships during the course of my study in culinary field. 1 was in a casual dining French restaurant atout, another was in a fine dining restaurant zén, lastly was an entrepreneurship project with some of my classmates to set up a store for 4 months.
