Nice guy comming from France, i want to travel a lot around the world, i am very efficient, i have some experience and i want to learn more about this job.
It’s been 5 years now i work into bars, my current job is my favorite for now, a lot of cocktails, big shifts and creates new menus. I love my job and to learn everyday, i try new things, i taste and it feed my knowledges. I can adapt myself to everybody but now i want to learn from experimented mixologists. I know basics about mixo like fat-wash, clarification or making homemade products puree syrup or infusion.
