I'm good at adapting to new experiences, I like working in a group and I always want to improve my knowledges I'm always ready to learn the culture of the country where I go where I can also found new ingredients to add to my recipe book
I like to be very precise at work. I think customer care is one of the most important aspects of my work. That’s why I like to have a thorough knowledge of the ingredients that I use in the recipes. During my career I had the opportunity to work in a biologic bar that allowed me to deepen the theme of sustainability which I consider to be a very important aspect of these last years. For me the world of bartending is a place full of emotions and flavors always new. Thanks to my experiences and all the different positions I had, I’ve learned over the years : Team work, bar cleanliness and hygiene, commodity handling, guest focus, drink mixing techniques, serving techniques, free pouring and jigger skills, speed mixing, accuracy and precision, stress menagment.
