A diligent French bartender, trying his best to create brand new cocktails with the local alcohol, fruits and all those ingredients
Before EBS, I was already working in the restaurant industry but as a waiter for two years in the South East of France. I learned a lot on this job that I love and wanted to improve my skills. That's why I went to EBS to learn everything about the bar and the bartender. I am now working as a bartender in the French Caribbean Islands, create my own cocktails, serve it to the guests, and place my orders online. When I do have some free time during my shift, and behind the bar is quiet, I am helping my colleagues during the rush time, to take orders, run the dishes and others tasks a waiter have to do.
