Dear Sir or Madam, I am 19 years old, I am bilingual and speak both German and English fluently and I have the desire to work as a bartender. Hailing from Germany, I have plans to immerse myself in the Australian culture and way of life by spending a year in Australia. My interests include playing American football, history, politics and drawing. I bring two years of experience as a bartender and one year as a lifeguard. Growing up in a gastronomic environment, with my mother owning a restaurant, I was exposed to the atmosphere and responsibilities of the industry from a young age. Additionally, my upbringing in a military household instilled in me the values of camaraderie, mutual support and teamwork. During my senior year of school I began bartending and gained proficiency in operating the coffee machine, preparing coffee and cocktails, managing customer interactions and running the bar by myself. I successfully completed a one month bartending course in Berlin in Febuary 2024, I have expanded my proficiency and tasks behind the bar. I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of bartending in Australia and look foward to the opportunities that lie ahead.
