Hi! I´m a passionate and highly social hospitality professional from Sweden. I´ve worked with service since I was 15 and in hospitality since I was 20. I´ve worked as a bartender for over 1.5 years.
Lobbybar at on of ESS groups destinations, Hjortviken Country Club. I worked with an award winning bartender and gathered a lot of experience from him. I experimented and made my own cocktails, for example I used the method fat washing, clarify and much more. I am currently working at Göteborgsfamiljen as a bartender, they are a large hospitality group in Gothenburg.
