I have an international certification in the best bartender school in the world, in this course I perfected my skills as a bartender and learned about 70 cocktail recipes by heart and making different types of cocktails at the same time, added to this all the necessary knowledge to work with precision, efficiency and professionalism. I am able to work long hours without problems, I have a lot of resistance to pressure and a great ability to solve problems, in addition to having great social skills with people, which is perfect for hospitality. I am a professional commercial engineer from Chile with a unique love for cocktails. Since I was a child I have worked in the hospitality area and i really enjoy the service, then I started bartending at private events in my country. What I like most is creating unique moments for people. Skils: -Manage high volume orders during peak hours -Mix, garnish and serve over 100 different non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. - Manage Daly sales maintaining 100% accuracy in open and closing tabs. - Maintaing stock level through efficient inventory management and timely restocking - conduct ID verification for every costumer ensure total compliance with legal age requirements. - Increase nightly sales throght upselling and promotion drinks special. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Maintain a safe environment by discontinuing service to intoxicated guests and coordinating with the staff to defuse conflict. - Maintain extensive knowledge of wine, cocktail recepies, craft beers and promotion to provide quality recommendations to guests
