Hello, I'm Ilaria.
While juggling full-time studies, student associations, a rocket course at the ESA, and part-time journalism, I never imagined I'd enjoy working behind a bar so much. My daily routine usually takes place in a library, but the four weeks I spent at EBS Thailand showed me a profession full of creativity and fun, and I'd love to build on that. Since my daily life is pretty packed, I haven't had any formal bar experience yet, but I often help out behind the bar at events and festivals on weekends. Now I'm about to finish my studies and I'm particularly keen to improve my French and Spanish skills, while also getting back into bartending.
