I have worked behind a bar for the last 4 years starting off at a local pub, working my way up to management before moving to London after ebs. Within London I got a job as a cocktail bartender where I began to learn and develop my skills, I have learned to work busy events and private hires with unlimited bar tabs. I have successfully been able to pass my free pour tests at the start of my shifts which has helped with my speed of service. Whilst working in these cocktail bars I also learned how to barback so I am more flexible and can help within both areas. I like to keep learning new things and adapting to the different expectations in different workplaces making sure to reach all the goals required to keep the customers satisfied.
