Hello, I'm Somer.
Very hard working, I consider myself a really good team player. I enjoy working within a busy atmosphere therefore I am good under pressure and high stress situations.
I have worked at a pub for 2 and a half years and have worked my way up and am now currently a shift leader. This means that I am capable of learning new skills and dealing with customer issues efficiently. This job has also shown me how to work within busy periods and serve all customers with speed to make sure there is a high customer satisfaction. Also within the slow periods I know how to spend my time wisely with stocking up and cleaning. I have learned both how to open the bar and close the bar as well as locking and unlocking the pub and completing security checks.
