I am a very social and and can handle stress well. I am very passionate about drink making and want everything I do to be perfect.

QUEEN'S HOTEL 2021 - 2022 At the Queen's hotel I worked at the reception desk. Here I had full responsibility for the hotel, I answered the phone, took bookings and made sure everything worked as it should. Since I worked alone on my shifts, I needed to resolve the questions and concerns guests had during their stay. This made me learn to think and work structured and solution-oriented. Solving problems became a natural part of the working day. MÄLARDROTTNINGEN RESTAURANT AND HOTEL 2022–2024 At Mälardrottningen I worked in the service serving food, standing behind the bar and serving drinks. Here I learned how to handle stress and I was also given the responsibility of overseeing the work and being independently responsible for the restaurant. As the restaurant is relatively small, I usually worked alone with only one other kitchen staff/chef. This has taught me to handle responsibility and to become as independent as I am today. Every year Mälardrottningen organizes a Christmas party where I worked two years in a row during school. Here there were long days and a lot of work, I am incredibly grateful for everything I learned there. I also sat in the hotel reception at Mälardrottningnen on several occasions.
