French guy very curious, I like to learn and I'm very motivated. I have a very good team spirit. I am someone interested, I like to learn everyday from anyone but also to teach others
To be honest, I don’t have much experience in the field. My only experience before EBS was that I worked in a wine and beer bar. But it taught me a lot about service organization, cleaning and inventory management. But what I remember the most is the team spirit between colleagues. Before I started bartending, I worked as an animator in hotels worldwide, including France, Greece, and the Dominican Republic. These experiences have taught me a lot about myself and my desire to discover the world and cultures. I want to continue working around the world but now as a bartender because I love this job and the relationship with customers that can be fast but intense.
