Working in a Pazzo Italiano in Destin, Florida was a particular highlight for me. It was my first experience working in a bar and it has been incredible. Thanks to my experience and knowledge in the kitchen, I have been able to combine these two disciplines, creating better experiences for customers. It always meant there was never a dull night
