ľve started to have interest in Bartending at My first workplace at a cocktail bar in the heart of Tropea. One of the most beautiful and summer intensive places in Southern Italy. there behind the bar Worked Giuseppe my good friend. He teached me everything he knew about bartending and helped me start my Karrier. My second place of work I Practiced every thing I learned and more. I had to make more drinks and coffee as well. use the cash register and prepare for night events. It was an intensive half year training ľll never forget. And now in Hotel Schloss Reinach I learned German in 6 months became Demi chef de rang in 8 months and know I am The general Manager of the Hotel bar.
