William mensitieri I’m an 22 years old guy that want to grow and make experiences, i am mature, predisposed to teamwork, great tolerance to stress, altruistic and perfectionist.
•Mar limone bar (SUD S.A.S) (Italy): I worked in the bar of Marianna Vitale, Neapolitan Michelin star chef, as a bartender. Thanks to this experience I learned the etiquette, the friendliness that you must have with a customer and the winning mentality with which to work. •Ciclope beach (Italy): I worked at cyclope beach, one of the most famous shores in the cilento for its fantastic aperitifs and events, as a bartender. Here I learned how to manage pressure in stressful situations and organise staff tasks so as to make work easier and more productive at the same time. •Dalili Food SL (Palma de Mallorca): Inside this restaurant with bar I am working as head and bar manager. I tested myself by managing to: learn Spanish; deal with suppliers; create menus; be the example to follow; look after orders and therefore also replenish and keep the warehouse in order; manage the bar staff; organise work shifts; impose winning ideas on the market. •Quostro (Italy): I worked within the foqus foundation on the Spanish quarters of Naples for this, lounge bar that also organises events. Here I worked as a bartender at events with more than four thousand people. Great experience that taught me so much about teamwork. There are still many work experiences that I could describe but the gist of all this is that despite being a 22-year-old boy I have always done my work with respect and seriousness not only towards the costumers but also towards my colleagues, because there is nothing better than a united and productive staff that aims for a collective goal.
