As a French bartender, I'm friendly, passionate about the world of flavors and aromas, with a deep curiosity for unique combinations. Growing up in a country known for its wine heritage, I have a solid understanding of wines.
With a year of experience as a bartender, including working at weddings (privates events) and at Brasserie l'Atmosphère, I am passionate about service and eager to contribute to your customers' experience in Australia. At Brasserie L'Atmosphère, I managed drink service for 110 covers, serving beers, wines, and soft drinks while also preparing cocktails. My training at the European Bartender School (EBS) allowed me to master classic cocktails and learn the basics of flair, adding a dynamic element to my service.
