Hello, I'm David.

Coming from France, I am making my first steps in the bartending world. I have a very good sense of relationship and an ease to learn quickly. I have also a dynamic character, showing great rigor, autonomy and ability to work as a team.

My first and only experience as a bartender was a long time ago, in 2015, but never forgotten during the huge Bayonne's fests. It had learnt to me speed, efficiency and team work. Then, my job experiences as a salesman in spirits cellar plus the my WSET in spirits, brought me a lot of knowledges and passion for the world of spirits. Furthermore, it gave to me another look on cocktail making.
