Hello, I'm Manon.
Bartender passionate about mixology based in Perpignan, France but who is looking for an opportunity to discover life in spain or ireland.
I started working at 18 in various bars and clubs, which taught me about the world of bartending. Each year, I’ve been able to grow and improve in cocktail creation and also in bar and stock management. My last two seasons were as a bar manager, where I created and implemented a full cocktail and signature menu. I was also able to make a ‘cocktail of the day’ or ‘cocktail of the moment’ by creating original and innovative recipes. With my Bartender experience and my month on the EBS school I have learn : - the bar cleanliness and hygiene -the drink mixing techniques -the serving techniques - the bases of flair -the bases of mixology -the stress management during a rush Between my professional experience and my training at EBS, I believe I have gained strong foundations that I continuously strive to improve.
