July 2022, Latitude festival. This festival is a yearly event for me and I enjoyed some work experience in which i helped setup the children’s arena and offering any support needed whilst learning how to work as a team player! 2022 - 2024, The Anchor and The Bell Pub. My time of being a barmen at The Anchor taught me the realities of being behind a bar and the responsibilities it brings. Serving alcoholic beverages brings bold, unique, and sometimes niche problems you never thought could happen. The 'problems' made me quick thinking for efficient solutions which ideally can help customers and workmates. My responsibility for The Bell pub were to oversee customer level of intoxication as this pub were for rugby goers. this taught me how to stand ground, be fair, and efficiently work around constant and new problems.
