I’m currently working as a 1st Bar Man at Reids palace in Madeira at the iconic cocktail bar.I have worked with Bartender and Sommelier while I was working with MSC cruises in Mediterranean as a Speciality Assistant Waiter.I had a chance to work as bartender when I was a speciality assistant waiter as part of training program.I have experience from a Spanish restaurant in Singapore as a Bar back as well
