Hello, I'm Jasper.
I am a social, creative bartender from England with a taste for Gin and Brandy. I love to experiment with flavours and design new drinks in my free time.
The people that know me, know me for bringing a laugh to competition. I don't settle for anything less than great, but I have a great time doing it. My experience gives me an eye for a certain standard of hospitality you don't find everywhere, including an attention to detail that makes me chase perfection. I can both make drinks behind the bar and tell its story to the customer, maximising customer experience.
