I'm Jarred, an English experienced Bartender. Known for my enthusiasm, hard work and sense of humour. I bring extensive knowledge to the industry, I'm a great team player and enjoy interacting with customers from around the world.
I have a passion and nose for fine spirits and Cocktails (favourites being Gin+Tonic and New York Sour). Love learning more about the history of spirits to help me refine my knowledge and provide a unique customer experience. I have travelled a lot and worked for over 4 years in Bars/Restaurants in England, Spain and The Netherlands. Varying from an Irish Bar to large seasonal beach restaurants to high-end Japanese-styled fine dining. I love conversing with customers learning about their cultures and also teaching them about alcohol itself and which drinks go great with what. I love to upsell to customers and see their smiles when I have recommended a spirit they have not yet tried but really enjoyed.
