Originally from France. Bartender with a passion for mixology, always into creating new flavours and giving customers the best time of their life.
I entered the world of work with a first student-job of waiter in 2021. My first post was as a runner but over months it went from order taking to, finally, barman. After almost one year in that establishment i got a proposition for extras in a bar who became a real conract after i stopped my economy studies in 2022. By the end of 2023 my desire of traveling and my will of learning more about mixology and the universe of bar made me took the EBS International Bartender Course and the Mixology course in Milano from November to December.
