Hello! Alessio speaking, I’m from Italy, and really passionate an curious on bartending. Good at team work, love to talk with peaople, and pretty good at problem solving as well!
I’ve mostly worked as a waiter, except for the last two summers that I had the chance to work in a 5*L hotel bar, with incredible bartenders that gave me the inspiration, and also had the chance to work at the counter directly and when I’m on the floor I use to be a chef the rang, so taking orders, serving people at the table and talking with costumers about what I’m serving, and make them feel at home, is really usual to me.
