I am an organized customer oriented person, who adapts easily to changes and challenging situations. I am eager to learn and would like to make new experiences. That's why the change is very important for me to develop myself further.

Through my training and professional experience for 10 years in social services, I have already been able to gain a lot of experience in acting responsibly. In addition, appreciative and transparent teamwork is important to me. Organization and networked thinking are also part of my qualities, as well as tact and patience in difficult work. Congruent and constructive communication is very important to me and contributes a large part to the mindful interaction among fellow human beings.
