Hello, I'm Laura an friendly, open-minded person who is always looking for new challenges and experiences.

The experiences that characterize me are certainly diverse. I started my career with an apprenticeship in a back office when I was 15, after arround 7 years in this job, I decided to do the Exams to be allowed to study at a unsiversity. As I was still not sure what kind of job I wanted to to afterwards, I decided to work in different seasonal jobs based on hospitality. I worked as a lift operator for the last two winter seasons and ensured smooth processes and the best to provide care for our guests in the ski area. I was able to spend the last two summer seasons on a beautiful familiar mountains restaurant where I could demonstrate my open and friendly nature when dealing with guests and myself was able to acquire knowledge in the gastronomic sector (service/bar). In the off-seasons, I devoted myself to my love of traveling and immersing myself in a variety of cultures. Since my interest in other countries is not just for leisure but also for the world of work, I have dedicated my last trip to further training in the gastronomic field. From November 27th, 2023 to December 22nd, 2023 I have been attend the European Bartender School in Phuket Thailand and successfully completed the 4-week “International Bartender Course”. Due to my diverse experiences, my open nature and my joy in learning new things, I think I am an enrichment for your team!
