I'm now looking to join an ambitious team where I can contribute to excellence and innovation behind the bar. / Formé à l'international en Thaïlande puis spécialisé en mixologie aux États-Unis, j’ai évolué au sein d’établissements de prestige, notamment dans les Alpes françaises et au sein d’un bar 4 étoiles en tant qu’assistant manager. Fort d’une solide expérience terrain et d’une vision créative de la mixologie, je combine savoir-faire technique, sens du service et management opérationnel. Je recherche aujourd’hui un poste où je pourrai mettre à profit mon expertise, ma rigueur et ma passion du bar pour contribuer à l'excellence d’un établissement ambitieux.
