

Hello, I'm Leo.
As brand new French bartender, I would like to get a job where I can improve all the skills that I’ve just learned. And even if I’d rather have a beer than a cocktail, I enjoy so much making them.
I worked in different venues in France and then decided to travel to Australia where I mostly learned English and the cocktail culture. That’s why I’ve done EBS, to came back in Australia with more skills and be able to work in a cocktail bar. So far I enjoy myself behind a bar, it doesn’t that I’m working when I do so. Now I can’t wait to join a beautiful venue and practice my shaking, stirring and rolling style !
