

Hello, I'm Su Xin.
Energetic, detail-oriented team player deeply passionate about curating one-of-a-kind experiences for my guests.
I am a childhood educator with at least ten years of experience in the classroom (resume detailing my experience as an educator can be provided at request). My experience with hospitality began with my first job as a “sandwich artist” at Subway in my teens, all the way through college working in food service, thereafter at pizza joints and various restaurants in the States and in Singapore. I have also worked stints in hospitality as a banquet server, room service attendant, kitchen help and server at executive lounges in hotels. I have always been passionate about curating one-of-a-kind experiences for my students to aid in their learning, and this is no exception in the kitchen - where I feel most at home - this time around, curating gastronomical experiences that cater specially to my customers’ taste profile. I believe cocktails are an experience with a story that includes my customer as a playing character. I am excited about working a role in a team that inspires me to make classic cocktails expertly and perhaps invent bespoke beverages, while challenging my interpersonal communication and time management skills.
