Hello, my name is Flemming, I'm French and I've decided to make a career change after my master's degree in IT development to pursue my passion: bartending. I started by working as a waiter to understand the codes of the restaurant business, then I had the opportunity to go away for a winter season to be a bartender in an igloo! Once I'd finished, I worked in a bar where, unfortunately, things didn't go so well with my boss, so I decided to leave and go to EBS school to move into a more refined and luxurious environment.
