Hi! My name is Jule. I'm from Amsterdam and currently in a gap year. I work as a waitress in a restaurant and hoping to find a job behind the bar now instead. I'm friendly, motivated and exited to start bartending!
I started working as a waitress in a restaurant/bar (No Rules/ La nostra Gigi) in Amsterdam. I loved this experience since I learned here how to work in a busy and sometimes stressful environment. La Nostra Gigi has a great cocktail bar and menu which gave me an interest in bartending in the first place. This place taught me most of the things/basics I needed to know about being a waitress. The second place I worked at is Carbon, this is a restaurant specialized in steak and grill. Here I learned to have overview and more responsibility over the guests and restaurants during the shifts.
