Hello, I'm Maxime.
After 2 years of bartending, i had the opportunity to join the EBS course. EBS developped a big passion for bartending and mixologie. I can't wait to learn more about that fantastic world of Mixologie.
First expérience bartending in the south of France, made me fell in love with this world. Had an other job in the winter season and then get a Chef bar job still in the winter season. Had to expérience how to drive a team, make drink order, the inventory etc... My last expérience where in Corsica, i had to rebuild everything, start by buying all the stuff (machine, shaker, glass etc). Then create the drink menu and all the cocktails. After this one i decided to join the EBS course, and still think it's the best décision of my carrier, manage to attend the Mixologie course also and now i just want to get deeper into this world.
