Gastronomy loving bartender with 8 years of experience! I am: a team player, good in small talks with customers, always on alert and I always care about how my colleagues are doing and that everything goes right!
My first job in the gastronomy was 3 years as bartender in an Italian restaurant. Here is where I found my passion for this kind of job, I love the energy and changing customers, challenges and the overall work progress! I worked 5 years as the man for everything in an Asian restaurant (waiter, bartender, co-manager), it belonged to friends of my family and I was a very valued employee, very much trusted and always there if necessary. Since 2024: bartender at Neapolitan place (bar and restaurant), my first job after the EBS Phuket course.
