Hi ! I'm French, working in hospilaty since 10 years now, and want to explore the bar side for improving my skills. I'm highly motivated, reliable, efficient and team worker. I'm positive in my attitude and my mind .



I started at my 16 years old as a dishwasher in Crêperie, and start to be waiter at my 18 years old every summer and winter in different parts of France. At my 22 yo, I flight to Sydney for working in a restaurant next to the Sydney Opera and came back at my 24 to be waiter and assistant floor manager in Montpellier for 2 years. I know : - manage cashier (open, close, and prepare it) - prepare the restaurant for welcoming the customers (clean, dressing, check the stocks, prepare breakfast (barista knowledge and a bit of latte art)) - do the service, manage the customers time in busy moment and be efficient to be fast, re-dress tables for second service - clean the restaurant a make it ready for the afternoon after the lunch (tapas, drinks, apéro...) - close the restaurant after the shift (do the cashier, talking with the team about the good and less good, make report to a superior if need it about what's good and wrong) - know around 70 cocktails, bar routine for making fast and proper drinks, couples crafting flair moves, and learning "how to made ingredients" instead of buying it (saving money)
