Hello, I'm Clara.
I'm Clara, I don't have much experience yet as a barman, but I'm eager to discover more about this job. Through many formations and internships I discovered a passion for bartending. I enjoy the process of creating art in a glass.
My initial formation was that of a cook, and through it I learned about creativity with ingredients and their flavors and hygiene in the workplace. One of my previous schools gave me a certification proving that I am able to provide first aid in case of an emergency. Because I worked both in the Czech Republic and learned at EBS in Mallorca, I know that I am comfortable working in an English-speaking environment. My working experiences allowed me to see various kinds of bars, barclubs and restaurants and how they differ in their functioning. It allows me to show that I can adapt to different kinds of etablishments. I'm able to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as work the cash register. I also know how to restock the bar if needed.
