My tasks as a Floor/Bar manager were: managing a team, making schedules, being the point of contact for guests and employees, ordering products, ensuring that the guests are satisfied, managing the team where there is room for improvement, working proactively, waiting service, running the bar, coming up with solutions where necessary, ensuring a good atmosphere within the team, detail oriented and ensuring a clean and orderly work environment. As a Bartender I did the following: clean and orderly work, working according to the FIFO method, serving mixed drinks, cocktails, shots, etc. Being guest friendly, receiving guests, working with a smile, keeping an overview during busy moments, flexible, switching quickly when necessary, managing the social media, and thinking along about (upcoming) events. As a host, I did the following: serving, clean and orderly work, deployable as a server/waiter and bar, being guest friendly, welcoming guests, keeping an overview during busy times, closing the restaurant, and full-time.
