I am 26 years old and have 4 years experience behind a bar. Passionate about it and always looking for new ideas. Methodical, punctual and serious, I also know how to set a good mood. I love my customers and giving them a good time .
I've had the chance to work in other countries and learn different work methods. I approached festive, sporting and family customers. Malta, Spain and the south of France are festive and dynamic places, and I enjoyed working in these places. I also worked in Courchevel in the French Alps for three years as a technical ski advisor, so I have excellent customer relationship skills. With my associate, I've also created a seasonal business in a seaside resort in the south of France with a concept for a juice bar, milkshakes, coffee shakes and smoothies. I also have HACCP courses in food hygiene.
