Starting working in horeca on my 16th (2021) as a runner in a beachclub, promoted to barman in my second season and have been there for 3 years. Here i learned working long hours under high stress with high output, while also doing weddings and parties behind the bar. In 2022-2023 i worked for 5 months at Hilton the Hague as Barista/Banqueting where i learned more formal service. Now after getting my basics down at EBS im looking for something new.
