Bartending for 2 years, led me to to the decision of becoming a barista. I love the social characteristics of bartending, but I have a higher interest and love for coffee. It is something I would love to work with and learn much more about.
I am a very friendly person and I love to smile. I keep my head and thoughts positive which helps me handle stressful situations, and gives me room to look for possible solutions to the problems I'm faced with. For 2 years I have worked as a bartender at both a nightclub and a restaurant. My restaurant workplace let me make some coffee every once in a while. This really caught my interest and I started drinking and making coffee more often in my free time. I like the environment and atmosphere of coffee shops and love to spend my time there. I have always worked with customer service and it is something I love. Creating a thought-through beverage for customers to enjoy is something I care about a lot. I love talking to customers and I love hearing their opinions about my work, so I can become better with each workday.
