I am currently a senior bartender at Belly of the beast in Amsterdam, where i have worked for almost a year now. Here i developed my social and hard skills, but mostly my sense of taste and experimentation skills. I am currently one of the only people responsible for creating new cocktails at the bar for monthly specials.
