Previous work experience in the army has lead me to good stress management, as well as understanding the importance of team work in a close-space environment. I am also formed and used to first aid response and handling drunk or unruly costumers. I have also worked in a kitchen in Strasbourg, so I am very aware of the importance of keeping a clean workspace, and improving your tasks to make other's easier.
