I love learning more about my job, informing myself through several and updated sources in my free time to advance my knowledge and grow in my career. I’m looking for a bartender position or a barback/second bartender in an high-end place!
After studying in Madrid for my EBS degree, I went back in my town to work in several cocktail bar to make my first experiences behind the bar. I then decided to move to’ Fuerteventura in Canary Islands, where I currently live. There, I experienced the bartender position in a medium-high end cocktail bar and winery, learing about cocktail recipes invention, fine and advanced homemade preparations, speed and organized working. I then moved to another cocktail bar as head bartender, organising and leading my team and experiencing the leadership in this job for the first time.
